Sher Greer
Sher is very helpful. She is great in her position both with staff and students. She is a calm, quiet, positive presence in the main office. She performs her job well under stress and never changes her friendly demeanor. She volunteers her time to help out with after school events. Sher is an outstanding individual and deserves the public recognition this award will bring. Sher will drop everything to help you when you ask. And she always does it with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Ms. Greer is very precise in her expectations of the students. She is a warm front as needed for students, staff, and parents and a force to reckon with as necessary. Sher does a great job keeping us organized and informed regarding students coming and going from CJH. She is truly dedicated to the staff and students at CJH. She is so nice and pleasant to work with. No matter what is asked of her she is always happy to do it. Sher is a consistent and generous source of help and information even as she manages to maintain organization for all student records, scheduling and grades in her role as counseling secretary. |
Tina Eller
Tina is very caring. Excellent teacher and very helpful with her students. Works had for her students. Her hard work and dedication to her students in indescribable. She varies her program to meet her students’ needs. I would like to nominate Tina because of her love for her students. It is wonderful to see her dedication and her goal to see her kids excel to the best of the abilities. From IEPs to WASL portfolios and all the small things that go unnoticed in between she runs a tight ship with a challenging population. As a newer teacher she has shown tremendous effort and energy for her kids. She has reached out to other departments in attempts to include the life skills kids. What can I say? Tina is the nicest person on our staff! She has done a superb job with the life skills program. You can tell she loves the students and cares about their success. And this year she branched out into coaching. It’s a win/win for students and staff. For all the great things she does for her kids, she should get this award every year. The program she is developing is incredible! How she works with her kids, teaching them skills is fabulous. And then watching her coach this year made her skills even more recognizable. Good role model (coach basketball). Makes sure her students are always taken well care of by other staff members as well as other students at CJH.
