Our first ever concert with the entire music department from Surprise Lake Middle School was quite a success! We had 187 students perform in five different ensembles. Roughly 500 friends and family members packed the CJH performing arts center to enjoy the music they presented. Students were dressed sharply and sounded just as great as they looked. All the groups had worked very hard preparing the music for our Holiday Concert and they performed to the best of their ability. The five groups which performed consisted of a beginning band, concert choir, cadet band (intermediate), select choir (10 girls), and the concert band (advanced). These students excellently represented Surprise Lake as they created beautiful music fit for the holiday season. Well done!!
